Enjoy your summer with fellow Skiddies at a visit to miSci! Take your family out for a morning of fun and enjoy a planetarium show specifically designed for younger or older children/adults.

10:00 a.m. Young Audience Show: The Sky Above Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood

PBS television's Mr. Rogers and his Neighborhood of Make-Believe friends explore the wonders of the sky in this introductory planetarium show. Recommended for young audiences.

11:00 a.m. Feature Show: More Than Meets the Eye
Explore planets and deep-sky objects as you can actually expect to see them using binoculars and four or eight-inch telescopes. It compares the naked-eye views from our back yards with observatory astrophotos and spacecraft images. Includes a live segment about the current seasonal sky.

Prior to or after the show see miSci's two featured exhibitions. Explore "GROSSOLOGY The (Impolite) Science of the Human Body" with interactive games, larger-than-life exhibits and hands-on fun! You'll also discover more hands-on fun from San Francisco’s Exploratorium when experiencing "Making Sense of Sound." Experience – as never before – the nature of sound, the ways we perceive it, and how we listen. After exploring the Museum and enjoying the planetarium show you're invited to informally gather for lunch. We hope to see you there!
