Diversity & Inclusion

The Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee is made up of a group of alumni volunteers who are helping to shape Skidmore’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The committee is growing and charged with shaping the volunteer structure, strategic initiatives, and communication for our alumni of color, LGBTQIA+ alumni, and international alumni populations. The steering committee focuses on generating programming, communications, and engagement opportunities that strengthen ties between our diverse alumni, current undergraduates, and Skidmore.

Log in to view the recording of the Vision Session led by Skidmore alumna, Altagracia Montilla ’12 and leave your own thoughts. We will be collecting your input until March 31, 2024 and groups will review in April. Don’t forget to join a group using the links below to stay up-to-date on any of these groups. For questions, please reach out to the director of Inclusive Engagement, Jennifer Hardy at jhardy1@skidmore.edu.
